CONTINGENT- approximately 20 hours per week- flexible scheduling with a minimum of 1 evening per week; Clinic is open Monday- Friday 9:00am-6:00pm- NO weekends or major holidays. No benefits are associated with this position

We are seeking a licensed behavioral health provider with an active license of LPC, LMSW, or LP in the state of Michigan. CAADC is preferred but not required. Children/Adolescent experience is preferred. Being able to work at least 1 evening per week is desired but not required.

This is a pay per service position- 55% for Full Licensed.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Provides behavioral health counseling services.
