You must be highly organized and motivated. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional land surveyor (or equivalent experience) a must. Functioning in a lead capacity to perform our most complex surveying tasks, including map preparation, boundary analysis, research of official records and resolution to boundary issues. Responsible for management of projects from start to finish, including schedules, quality, and budgets. Create client relationships and identify opportunities. Prepare, supervise, and process subdivision maps, records of survey, ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic surveys, lot line adjustments, legal descriptions and exhibits, and other related matters.
