Licensed Master Social Worker (NY HELPS)

Duties Description Supervise daily WRTP group activities and IPA-S. Provide individual and group therapy as well as case management. Assess need and appropriateness of veterans for the VTRP program. Connect the incarcerated individuals to community providers. Increase their knowledge to available services, provide linkages to those services, develop skills needed obtain on-going services once released. Facilitate TAMAR groups.

Minimum Qualifications This title is part of the New York Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement Statewide Program (NY HELPS). (*Please see below for further information).

Non-Competitive Qualifications: Possession of a license and current registration as a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York State or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State.
