The **Licensed Mental Health Clinician** plans professional mental health service programs of a non-medical nature in the facility. Coordinates and directs activities of personnel engaged in providing mental health services to inmates/residents.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

+ The incumbent should be able to perform all of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the job performance requirements.
