 : $3,000 Sign on Bonus!Position Summary 
The Licensed Nursing Assistant II will assist providers in the administration of patient care in assigned clinical areas. The incumbent will assist with patient examinations, procedures, diagnostic studies, treatment, dressing changes, vital signs, bladder scans and will perform general administrative duties in accordance with accrediting bodies, regulatory and government standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities 
Perform visit chart preparation activities based on the daily scheduled appointments including diagnostic test results, emergency/urgent care reports, discharge summaries and consult/PCP reports are in the medical record and accessible to the provider. Anticipate care information to support provider visit.
