Job Summary:

The Professional Affairs Manager is responsible for supporting the company's strategic initiatives by providing clinical expertise, product training, and technical support. This role works closely with the Sales and Operations teams to strengthen relationships with Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and drive business growth through professional support and education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Optometry
• Licensed Optometrist
• 3–5 years of clinical experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the company's strategic direction and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Assist the Sales Team in achieving targets through product training and technical support
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) on product usage
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
