Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope

Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.

• 
  Perinatal positions also require (a) completion of a perinatal education program plus breastfeeding course; or (b) 1
  year of recent (within the last 2 years) acute perinatal experience. Perinatal positions also require Neonatal
  Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within the past 2 years.
• MHSU positions also require completion of additional education as outlined by BCCNM for practice where Mental Health and/or Substance Use disorders are the primary diagnosis.


• Hip and Knee Clinic positions also require two (2) years' recent, related surgical and preadmission clinic experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
