Summary
The LPN/LVN promotes quality health care - exceptional customer service - and a supportive environment dedicated to serving veterans. Responsibilities include observing - recording - and reporting patient condition changes; assisting in developing and revising patient-centered care plans; and collaborating with the interdisciplinary and expanded care teams to ensure coordinated - holistic - and effective patient care at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System.
Qualifications
Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
