Klarus Home Healthis looking for full-time, part-time or PRNLicensed Practical Nurses (LPN / LVN)to join our dedicated team to provide community-based care for our patients currently receivinghome healthservices in theThis position will primarily cover the South Valley, Valencia County and eastern side of Albuquerque.


The primary function of the LPN is to provide nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, for patients of all ages in their place of residence. The LPN will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary group, patient/family, and referring agency to ensure the best patient outcomes.
