We are seeking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN .

• $35 to $38 per hour based on circumstances including license, skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
• Sign-On Bonus up to $2,500 (scheduled for at least 4 shifts per pay period to qualify).
• Schedules available: 8-hour and 12-hour shifts on Evenings and Nights.
