Eldercare Caregiver Position

We need caring individuals with a positive outlook to provide exceptional care for our residents. Informal leaders who care enough to give their very best, lead by example, and be a mentor to teammates and nursing assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperates with other department managers in planning activities that bring the community to the facility (holiday meals, etc.).
• Maintains good relations with physicians, clinics, social worker, etc.
• Understands that she/he represents Eldercare of Bemidji in every exchange and strives to do so in a positive manner.
• Understands that excellent customer service is the highest form of public relations and her/his role in providing the highest level of customer service.

• Reports Vulnerable Adult issues to the Administrator, and DON, County and Ombudsman as needed.
