Job Description

                    Oak Village Healthcare - Oak Village is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our facility in Oaktown, IN!
The primary purpose of the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors. 
Rate : $32 - $35 - shift diff for night shift 
Shift Available:
6am - 6pm Full Time and Part Time
