Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: 86th Medical Group, Ramstein AB, Germany Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1630  Responsibilities Provide nursing support in the Referral Management Center (RMC).

Process specialty care referrals: validate eligibility, register/update patients in MHS GENESIS/DEERS, and schedule appointments within Access to Care standards.

Clarify non-TRICARE covered benefits with BCAC.

Provide pre-appointment instructions and ensure patients leave with required documentation.

Track referrals through MTF, network, and non-network providers; ensure timely return of results to referring providers.

Assist in monthly statistical report preparation and quality assurance reviews.

Deliver customer service including greeting patients, routing calls, and assisting providers with referral needs.

Maintain complete and accurate medical documentation per MTF and DHA standards.
