Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Community Options, Inc . is a national non-profit agency providing residential group home, day habilitation and supported employment services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.


We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Rio Rancho , NM. The LPN delivers care to individuals in a community setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This person will interact with individuals, significant others, and health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.

Starting Pa y: $70,000 per year

Sign on Bonus : $5,000 sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days of employment per the Executive Director’s approval.


Responsibilities

Provide treatment and health care procedures ordered by a physician and required by the standards of professional practice or law
Ensure individuals attend medical appointments per their Individual Support Plan (ISP)
