LPN Position at Heritage Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Join our team at Heritage Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an LPN! Full-time and part-time opportunities available! Same day pay! Shifts: 3-11, 11-7. Pay rate: $31-$40 an hour (all inclusive). $3 PIB. Shift diffs available!

Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Rhode Island
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
