Description
Provide assistance within the Health Services Department as directed, performing nursing tasks such as completing duties for assigned individuals as identified on client's health care plan, medication administration, overall assessment of health condition, and working with Hi-Hope team on treatment planning. Assisting with nursing needs for HHSC as needed and other duties as required.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Minimum Qualifications
• Complete nursing tasks for assigned individuals and complete timely documentation of those tasks per Medicaid Waiver funded Nursing Services guidelines.
• Weekly review of CareSuite QuickMAR, Therap and paper MAR's documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for assigned individuals. Notify the Health Services Manager/Director of Quality Improvement of any concerns.
