Job Summary:


Kaiser Permanente (KP) nurses advance the art and science of nursing through clinical and service excellence, professionalism, and leadership. The Licensed Practical Nurse - Virtual Care provides virtual nursing care to patients, members, and families to promote health and wellness and prevent illness. Collaborates with clinicians, leaders, and members of the virtual care team to deliver high quality care in accordance with scope of practice. Assist with patient education. Documents clinical information in the medical record.

Essential Responsibilities:



+ Monitors electronic messaging related to patient and provider requests and inquires within scope of practice and as delegated by RN. Manages messages in a timely and effective manner to resolve patient requests and concerns.
