Licensed Water Wastewater Project Manager - Pampa, TX

Jacobs is seeking a Licensed Water and Wastewater Project Manager to join our collaborative team in Pampa, TX. As the Project Manager you’ll work with project staff to oversee the operations, compliance reporting, maintenance of equipment and quality control testing of a 6 MGD surface water treatment plant and a 3 MGD wastewater treatment plant. Additionally, you will be responsible for operation and maintenance of 8 operating water wells and 2 WW lift stations. Partnering with other team members and our client you’ll apply knowledge of the principles, methods and tools employed in the general operation of pumps, valves, motors and related equipment, water and waste water process control, permit compliance, and safe work practices.
