Job Responsibilities :

• Source, evaluate, and acquire intellectual property (IP) rights from external companies to integrate into trading card games.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential IP partners aligned with company products.
• Negotiate and execute licensing agreements, including royalties and minimum guarantees, to maximize revenue and ensure compliance.
• Manage licensing documentation, contracts, and records in both Japanese and English, covering rights management, payment tracking, and product release schedules.
• Facilitate additional copyright licenses and assist in the approval of licensed products and marketing materials.
