Job Description

                    Job Description  Implement the operational requirements for Licensing, in line with the overall Licensing strategy, vision and goals. 
Work collaboratively with the Licensing team to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of services to applicants. 
Provide metrics and supporting documents to the Head of Licensing to support the monthly KPI reports. 
 Application Processing and Review  Review license applications for completeness, eligibility, and accuracy based on category-specific criteria. 
Validate submitted documentation and flag any inconsistencies or omissions for applicant correction. 
Assign license types based on operational descriptions provided by the applicant. 
Ensure reviews are completed within SLA timelines. 
Escalate unusual or ambiguous cases to the Head of Licensing for further guidance.
