JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in collation of all documents for licensing for private hospital under act 586.
• Assist in architecture drawing
• Assist in the entire licensing process, including applications, renewals, and modifications for the hospital and its staff.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with all licensing regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all licenses, permits, and related documentation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures related to licensing and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to hospital staff on licensing requirements and best practices.
• Prepare for and participate in licensing inspections and audits, addressing any findings or deficiencies.
• Generate reports on licensing status, compliance, and any related issues for management.
