QUALIFICATIONS:


Education, Training And Experience




  • A University Degree in a related discipline.

  • A minimum of two (2) years' of recent, related experience such as working in a community care facility where a knowledge of residential community care facility operational issues has been acquired.

  • A Valid BC Driver's Licence.

  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.



Skills And Abilities



  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to work independently, organize workload and establish priorities.

  • Ability to exercise critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
