Job Description
Job Summary
The Licensing Specialist is responsible for maintaining records, compiling information, and submitting the necessary forms in order to keep agencies and producers licensed. In addition, they are responsible for ensuring the timely submission of material to state agencies in order to guarantee licenses and license renewals.
This position is located at our corporate office in Marietta, PA, with hybrid scheduling available after the initial training period.
Responsibilities and Duties
+ To license, appoint, and terminate agencies and producers in an assigned group of states
+ To assist with licensing, appointing, and terminations in other states as needed
+ To complete licensing, appointing, and termination tasks in a timely manner
+ Effectively communicate with and obtain necessary information from RVPs, BRMs, and agency personnel in a professional, accurate and timely manner
