Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Public Accountant required. 5 years Maquiladora.


Position Purpose:

This position will lead part of the Mexicali accounting team that may include any of the following groups: Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Tax and/or Treasury functions. The accounting lead will report directly to the accounting manager.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

+ ASSIGN DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY TASKS TO THE TEAM, ESTABLISHING PRIORITIES BY POSITION .


+ REVIEW PREPAYROLL, PAYROLL AND EMPLOYEE PAYMENTS EVERY WEEK .


+ REVIEW WEEKLY ACCOUNTS PAYABLES, CONFIRMING THE ACCURACY INTERNAL CONTROLS .


+ REVIEW AND APPROVE JOURNAL ENTRIES AND RECONCILIATIONS .
