Position Purpose :This position will lead part of the Mexicali accounting team that may include any of the following groups: Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Tax and/or Treasury functions. The accounting lead will report directly to the accounting manager.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
ASSIGN DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY TASKS TO THE TEAM, ESTABLISHING PRIORITIES BY POSITION .
REVIEW PREPAYROLL, PAYROLL AND EMPLOYEE PAYMENTS EVERY WEEK .
REVIEW WEEKLY ACCOUNTS PAYABLES, CONFIRMING THE ACCURACY INTERNAL CONTROLS .
REVIEW AND APPROVE JOURNAL ENTRIES AND RECONCILIATIONS .
REVIEW THE TAXES PAYMENTS .
