Implement and lead the production plan to meet the customer requirement always ensuring our plant objectives focused on SQCDM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Moral). Monitor the maintenance people to assure the facilities/equipment meet the production requirement. Develop and maintain the good workshop environment.

• Develop, improve the Housekeeping system. 5´S.
• Monitor the supervisor to follow the production plan to meet takt Time.
• Guide to develop the standard work time for each location, drive the lean manufacturing.
• Analysis and improve the production efficiency. Through ACP when required.
• Cooperate with QA department to maintain the quality/ ISO9000 system.
• Provide the guidance for workshop to follow the KANBAN system, analysis the internal material shortage from the manufacturing, guide to take corrective and preventive action.
