Responsibilities
Ensure daily operations run in accordance with Autoliv standards and SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale) targets.
Coordinate cross-functional activities within the assigned production area.
Build and maintain awareness among Production Leaders regarding the impact of their areas/lines on overall production results.
Ensure production is carried out in compliance with Autoliv standards.
Oversee the production area with full responsibility for planning, organizing, and controlling activities.
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement to achieve stable and sustainable performance.
Other Responsibilities
Train and develop Production Leaders in both technical and soft skills, ensuring continuous improvement in their ways of working.
Act as a leadership ambassador in alignment with Autoliv Key Behaviors, leading by example.
