Life Brokerage Channel Development Manager

Our client is an international insurance group in Hong Kong seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager to support business growth in the brokerage channel. Candidates from bank or broker platforms with relevant channel development experience are welcome; less experienced applicants will be considered for Assistant Manager or other suitable openings.

Responsibilities

Cultivate business with domestic brokers and IFAs to drive sales revenue and achieve business targets.

Actively visit broker partners to promote life and savings insurance solutions.

Organize roadshows, deliver product and sales training, and share market updates with distribution partners.

Assist in policy submission, follow-up, and coordination of the underwriting process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above.

Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 (or equivalent relevant qualifications).
