Life Coach

The Life Coach (ELP) is to provide high quality of daily care to the ELP residents clients. He/She is to supervise and to ensure the well-being of the residents/ clients with intellectual disability and/ or autism. He/She is also to provide training to enhance the development of the residents/ clients in the area of independent living skills, leisure, recreation, sports and career development and participation in the community.

Support ELP Residents

• Support residents and clients to live independently in ELP onsite units.
• Facilitate community support network and social/ recreation activities.
• Maintain and ensure the proper records, care plans, and incidents pertaining to residents and clients.
• Ensure that residents' and clients' diet restrictions and/ or medical requirements are adhered to.
• Ensure that residents and clients are safe within their living environment, and the place is kept clean and tidy.
