Our Adult Empowerment Services is looking for a Life Coach to join our Day Activity Centre team, supporting adults with disabilities through person-centred activities, coaching, and community engagement.
About the Role
As a Life Coach, you will work proactively with adults with disabilities to translate person-centred plans into meaningful daily experiences. Through purposeful activities and consistent coaching, you will support individuals to develop skills for daily living, social participation, and community inclusion—guided by each person's strengths, preferences, and Good Life goals.
