What you'll be doing

• Constantly monitor the swimming areas and beach to identify and respond to any potential hazards or emergencies
• Provide immediate assistance and first aid to anyone in distress, following established safety protocols
• Educate visitors on proper swimming etiquette and safety guidelines to promote a safe environment
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities, reporting to management as required
• Assist with the general upkeep and cleaning of the swimming areas and equipment
• Collaborate with the security and maintenance teams to ensure the overall safety and cleanliness of our facilities
