Role Description

We are seeking four dynamic Unit Team Leads to drive sales and build high-performing teams in the following locations: Hammanskraal (1), Pretoria (2), and Johannesburg (1). This is a dual-capacity role, you will personally sell our life insurance products while recruiting, coaching, and motivating a team of 2-10 Sales Representatives to achieve collective targets and deliver exceptional client service.
