Life Sciences Laboratory Planner/Architect

Merrick & Company is seeking an experienced Life Sciences Laboratory Planner / Architect to lead the architectural design of projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This position is based in one of our U.S. offices and requires U.S. citizenship for client projects.

Clients include government, academic, and private organizations. The role involves programming, schematic design, production of construction documents, BIM coordination, construction administration, and code reviews.

Salary range: $108,000 – $132,000.

What You'll Do

• Lead laboratory planner / architectural design for life science and containment laboratory projects.
• Interpret, organize, and coordinate the design and production effort for one or more large or complex projects.
