Life Skills Coordinator

The Role

Fixed term duration full-time position (6
months parental leave cover).

Employment services is a people business, and we focus on
people first. Create relationships with
your caseload and assist them to address non-vocational challenges with a view
to improving their employment capability. Be curious rather than judgmental to
assess clients for non-vocational barriers to employment, develop a support
plan and coordinate appropriate referrals.

This position is based in Griffith or Wagga Wagga, the
role requires some travel and overnight stay, telehealth servicing can be done
between periods of travel. A company car will be provided to you for
travel.
