Life Time Kids Academy Supervisor

Shape children's experiences at Life Time as a Kids Academy Supervisor. Manage engaging, safe, and entertaining play for kids aged three months to 11 years.
This position is tailored for someone who loves working with children and has the skill to lead engaging activities at Life Time’s Kids Academy. As a Kids Academy Supervisor, you'll oversee play sessions, ensure child safety, and manage operational tasks like documentation and cleanliness. You will also promote Life Time Kids services to families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with guests and children in a friendly manner
• Lead arts, crafts, storytelling, and games actively
• Monitor environment to maintain safety standards
• Keep operational documentation and checklists current
• Provide evaluations and coaching to team members
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must be certified in Kids On-Demand Learning
• Obtain First Aid and CPR/AED certifications soon after hiring
