Lifecycle Marketing Executive

Role Overview

The Executive – CRM will be responsible for managing and executing outbound CRM communication across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications. The role focuses on driving customer retention, repeat purchases, and engagement through lifecycle campaigns and personalized communication. The position plays a key role in improving CRM-attributed revenue, optimizing customer journeys, and ensuring seamless campaign execution across channels in a fast-paced D2C/e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly CRM calendars across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push channels;
  manage lifecycle journeys including Welcome, Cart Abandonment, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back campaigns.
• Track CRM KPIs, run A/B tests, and analyze campaign performance to improve engagement, conversion, and repeat purchases.
