The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) is recruiting experienced and professional aquatic safety staff to support the Club Med Tinley Manor Lifeguarding Operation. This flagship project delivers world-class water safety within a premium international resort environment and offers candidates the opportunity to work within a structured, high-performance safety operation.
The Lifeguard will deliver frontline aquatic safety services across designated beaches, open water environments (including dams and lagoons), and swimming pool facilities. The role involves active prevention, continuous surveillance, public engagement, and the execution of professional rescue and emergency response procedures to ensure the safety of all water users.
This is a fixed-term contract position commencing on 30 June 2026 and concluding on 30 June 2027. The Lifeguard will report directly to the Senior Lifeguard / Shift Supervisor and will be remunerated at an hourly rate of R93.75 per hour.
