Tala Offshore is seeking a highly organised, calm, and discreet LifeOps Manager to act as a trusted operational extension of the founder across business, lifestyle, travel, and personal logistics.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. The LifeOps Manager supports the rhythm of a fast-moving founder-led ecosystem, helping business and life run smoothly behind the scenes through thoughtful execution, strong organisation, and proactive communication.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Pampanga, working hybrid full-time, with a long-term vision to travel between the Philippines and Australia or potentially relocate in the future.
