As a Lifestyle Manager, you will be responsible for crafting unique activities that promote wellness and community involvement. Your leadership will guide both staff and volunteers, ensuring top-tier service and innovative programming for Community Members. This role emphasizes the importance of physical, intellectual, and social activities tailored to member preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and promote community engagement through activities
• Develop innovative programs reflecting Community Members' interests
• Implement the V!VAfit Program to enhance physical wellness
• Recruit and supervise volunteers effectively
• Manage event calendars and related budgets
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in recreational programming for seniors
• Relevant Degree in Recreation Therapy or related field
