Lift Operator (Training available on site)

Position Purpose:

Lift Operator assist in safely loading of passengers on the lift, the maintenance of the lifts while maintaining a safe environment for the passengers to load and unload. Ensuring lift stations are cleared of hazardous conditions and maintaining logs of operation.



Qualifications:

+ Must be 18 years of age or older.

+ Knowledge of basic Mechanical skills.

+ Awareness of Ski area Operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ General understanding of maintenance practices for ski lifts and mountain operations preferred

+ Experience with lift mechanisms and mountain operations preferred.

+ Having the ability to work with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner.

+ Using problem solving skills to depict best option for the situations at hand while following safety procedures.
