• Maintain and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace while enforcing all safety procedures.
• Support, train, coach, and encourage team members to provide an interactive and professional guest experience that exceeds expectations.
• Cover front‑line roles and serve guests directly.
• Contribute to overall cleanliness of gondola facilities, especially in operations areas.
• Create every guest interaction as an opportunity to WOW the guest; resolve complaints to the guest's satisfaction.
