:Our client provides a highly respected, safety-critical service to the global marine and shipping industry, supporting cruise liners, ferries, superyachts and commercial vessels across the UK and internationally.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and professional Lifting Equipment Engineer to join their specialist inspection and testing team. Based from Cornwall, this is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys travel, independence, technical challenges and working in unique environments around the world.
This role involves examining, testing and inspecting ships’ lifting plant and associated equipment to ensure full compliance with current legislation and industry standards. Engineers will travel extensively to ports throughout the UK and internationally, often spending periods working away from home aboard vessels.
