Salary: R20,000 – R35,000
Candidates must be based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
We are seeking a qualified Lifting Machine Inspector (LMI) to inspect, test, and ensure the safe operation of lifting machinery across various sites. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple types of lifting equipment and a strong understanding of OHS compliance and SANS standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and test lifting machinery at prescribed intervals
Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and relevant SANS standards
Communicate inspection results clearly to stakeholders
Maintain accurate inspection and testing records
