• Prepare and maintain necessary lifting plans.


• Perform inspections of lifting machinery and equipment.


• Supervise daily lifting operations, including heavy lifts and subsea equipment.


• Ensure lifting activities are conducted according to approved lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements.


• Ensure that all existing work routines, practices, procedures, and systems are followed.


• Verify crane operators’ and riggers’ certificates and supervise their activities.
