About the role

Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our construction project in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of all lifting equipment and activities on site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and supervise the operation of all lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, and other lifting devices
2. Develop and implement comprehensive safety procedures for all lifting operations
3. Provide training and guidance to the lifting team to maintain high standards of safety and operational efficiency
4. Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry best practices, and the company's safety policies
