Purpose of the Job

The purpose of the job of a Lifting Supervisor at Colas Rail Philippines Inc. is to oversee and coordinate all lifting operations on site, ensuring that lifts are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. This role involves supervising lifting teams, monitoring equipment condition, enforcing safety procedures, and supporting the successful execution of lifting tasks to prevent accidents and ensure smooth project progress.

Responsibilities

Includes but not limited to the following:

• Supervise and coordinate daily lifting operations on site
• Ensure all lifting activities comply with safety standards and company procedures
• Inspect lifting equipment before use to confirm proper condition and certification
• Monitor the work of riggers, crane operators, and other lifting personnel
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings related to lifting tasks
