Lifting Suprevisor

The Lifting Supervisor is responsible for the safe planning, coordination, and supervision of all lifting operations during plant outages, maintenance activities, and major component exchanges involving Gas and Steam Turbine systems.

The role ensures full compliance with approved lifting plans, safety regulations, and project-specific procedures while maintaining operational efficiency and zero-incident performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and control all lifting activities on site.
• Review and implement approved lifting plans and method statements.
• Conduct pre-lift meetings and toolbox talks prior to execution.
• Verify load weights, center of gravity (COG), lifting points, and crane configurations.
• Ensure correct lift categorization (Routine, Non-Routine, Critical).
