Light Press Operator / Packager

Pertinent Information: Full-time role(s) – Monday to Friday. Steady day shift (7:00 a.m – 3:30 p.m).

Overtime: Paid after 40 hours. May be required to work a half day on Saturdays, when needed.

Job Description:

Working in a prominent Tool & Mould Shop on a 250-300 tonne press machine and packaging line producing “Class A” exterior car mouldings, the Press Operator’s responsibilities are to include the following, but not limited to:

• Working with lightweight Class A steel (weighing no more than 3 lbs.) will be required to load & operate the press and effectively optimize production


• Ensure the press / machine is working at its full capacity, oversee the maintenance (get assistance when needed) and perform timely quality checks.


• Rotation to packaging – packaging the parts in the provided bins according to their part numbers
