Job Description

About the role


  • Assuring the quality of maintenance work to ensure that reliable plant and equipment are available for project operations


  • Providing focused and effective leadership to the LV Maintenance Supervisor


  • Working closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure maintenance and production objectives align

  • Ensure that all work undertaken is in accordance the Project SMP/EMP, OEM and SOPs.

  • Ensure that all equipment fleets achieves maximum availability for minimal cost.


  • Manage and coordinate team’s activities by setting performance objectives and allocating appropriate resources


  • Ensure comprehensive records are established and maintained to assist decision making


  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve reliability and availability levels
