LightArt Design Engineer I

LightArt is seeking a Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Designer for an immediate opening as a Design Engineer I to join our Research & Development team. We are currently looking to expand our team with a hands‑on, dynamic individual to develop innovative solutions to complex lighting fixture design problems. The candidate will assist on projects through all stages of the development process from concept through product launch. The Candidate should possess a proactive approach to design and leverage manufacturing knowledge to complete tasks independently and as part of a team. The candidate must be proficient in Solidworks, basic knowledge of Revit, Sketchup, InDesign, Rhino, Grasshopper, or AutoCAD and experience in lighting and electrical systems a plus. Our ideal candidate is passionate about their work and can communicate cross‑functionally with internal teams in different geographical locations.
